It's been a while...

No, not really right?

Anyway, I am back with a review!

(I was not paid for this post, however I did receive a sample for my review. All opinions are my own and not influenced in any way)

To be very honest, I do not like soap.

I mean I did not have a pleasant experience with one.

One day, I saw from somewhere that soap are better than cleansing foam and stuff so I thought I should give soap another chance.

When I saw the opportunity to review this, I decided to try.

Eumore, the sensational Moor facial bar infused with Hydration microalgae factor, is formulated with 100% world-class grade of ingredients imported from Europe. Suitable for every day use on all skin types. It simply cleans and moisturizes skin for a brighter and refreshed result.

Directions

1. Wet your hands. Put the soap in your hands to create a thick lather.

Do not add water directly on the bar itself.

2. Apply gently onto skin, leave on for 3 minutes.

3. Rinse off with water

My thoughts

When I was trying out this product, I kept my skincare routine simple. I avoid adding anything new into my routine which means I did not try out any new masks or moisturizer. During this time, I avoid pack mask, sheet masks or exfoliators. I also avoid using makeup. 

My routine for day and night is simple!

I cleanse with Eumora Classic Facial Bar.

Then, I use my usual toner, serum, eye cream and moisturizer.

Ooooppss...

Five steps is still simple right?

Usually I have about 10 steps... lol

Well, I was surprised that the soap did not dried out my skin. It was actually pretty moisturizing. Better than what I had expected. I thought my face will feel so tight after using this but no... I actually like it which is strange. lol. 

I started using the soap on 05 January 2017 and stopped on 08 January 2017 because I do not want to travel with these.

Honestly, I am not sure whether it is my imagination but my pores seems to be tightened just like the claims. I noticed that there were less blackheads around my nose area. I think it is a little fast but maybe it is just that good. Skin tone was brighter and the redness did fade. I like it!

The lighting is a little different here, but the redness was less obvious after using the soap.

Recommendation

I definitely recommend this to those that are serious (and hardworking) about their skincare routine.

I love my skin but I am not that hardworking.

I find it difficult to wait for 3 minutes before rinsing it off. lol

The laziness issue in me!

Hello!

I am finally back...

Had been a little quiet and busy recently.

Ok.

Let's talk about food today!

It's been a while since I last visited Station One.

The first thing I noticed is the new menu.

Wow, this looks new...

Yes, that was exactly what I said.

The place is simple and comfortable.

I love this... and I used to order this a lot when I was still working in KL.
As of now, I rarely hang out at cafes, so not so much now.

Brings back the memories in Subang...

Rose Bud Tea RM13

This is ok.
I think it will be great when you want to catch up with friends for long hours...
I did not particularly enjoyed this.

Roasted rosemary chicken set RM38++

This is a Christmas set.

It comes with a Mango cream on float (RM10), Raspberry delight and Creamy mushroom soup

I totally fell in love Mango cream on float!
The top layer is coconut.
The middle layer is mango.
The bottom has sago.
I love the combination!
It is slightly chewy because of the sago.
I usually do not enjoy mango but this is simply amazing!

Roasted garlic Butter Panini RM7

Must have garlic bread with mushroom soup. lol
If you prefer softer garlic bread, you will like this!

Strawberry Slush RM11

I love this as well.
If I have to choose between this and Mango cream on float...
It is very fruity and flavorful...
It's hard to choose but...
I will choose Mango cream on float.

Mini burger

Love that it is bite size.
Taste wise, it's not too shabby.
Hubby thinks this will go well with beer :)

Chicken Parmigiana RM25

I love cheese!
lol
It feels like pizza because of the tomato sauce.
I like the combination of the tomato sauce and black pepper sauce along with the cheese!
I like the potato salad too!

Buffalo's wing RM19

It was not mentioned anywhere that it is spicy.
I was kind of surprised that it was spicy.
Still ok for me but not suitable for those who do not take spicy food.

Baked almond salmon steak (Honey mustard) RM33

Paired up with mashed potato and roasted vegetable
Honey mustard is quite new to us.
Surprisingly, the combination was to our liking.
The almond makes it crunchier.
Oohh, I like the mashed potato even though there is no gravy.

Salted egg yolk seafood fried rice RM16

The rice is fried with salted egg yolk only.
That is the reason why the rice is a little powdery.
Not too salty.
Taste is special.

Last of all, it is time for desserts!

 Oreo cheesecake

I love this.
It's good!
I think it is cheesy enough...

Blackforest cake

I did not like this as much.
Hmm...
Nothing much to say about this.


Overall experience was not bad.
The place is simple and comfortable.
Food is not bad.
Oh, I love the mango drink!

Skin expert by Watsons Malaysia @ JB City Square

Anyone been to Watsons @ JB City Square recently?

There is something new there!

Thanks to Butterfly Malaysia, I found out one of my favorite brand is available in JB now!

I blogged about it before... yes, quite a long time ago!

Indeed Labs Hydraluron is one of my favorite serum!

Here it is!

There are several brands which are exclusive at Watsons only!

The brands are Cremor Lab, Indeed Labs and Ciracle.

I knew about the brands before this event.

I used to go to Muse by Watsons quite often when I was still working in KL.

That was also when I first started using the Hydraluron Moisture Booster.

I received free samples from Cremor Lab.

I think I still have some of the samples...

I knew about Ciracle from Korean Youtubers.

They were raving about how well it works for acne prone skin.

Well, I never tried the brand because my skin is not acne prone. It is super dry!

While the beauty advisor, Alex is busy, I started taking pictures...

Yes, busy taking pictures... 

lol

I was introduced to all the products that will go on my face.

He started with a toner from Cremor Lab.

It has a very light scent and was not sticky.

Then it was the serum, hydraluron.

He taught me the correct way to use it.

I used to dab it on my face then spread it.

He actually spread the serum on the fingertips then tap it onto the face.

My face feels so soft.

lol

Next, was eyesilix total eye rescue.

He applied this on the left side first so I could see the difference.

I did see a little difference. My dark circles was less obvious.

lol

I was surprised.

It did not feel like anything was under my eyes.

No stickiness at all.

Next, he applied nanoblur instant skin perfector

This makes my skin looks so smooth.

Like all the others, it is not sticky.

This was applied under my eyes and forehead

Last of all, it was the Vitamin C Cream.

I did not feel anything on my face. 

I did not see any difference.

BUT

When I touched my face, I was totally surprised.

My skin feels so good!

Really good!

That was the last step of skincare.

All these were my first impression on the products (except hydraluron).

Once I tried the products for a longer time, I will most probably write a review on them.

Next, was makeup.

Most of my makeup was done using this brand, Bollywood.

Except my brows

With all the skincare, my makeup was minimal.

No foundation.

Just loose powder, blush, eyebrows, eyeliner, lip and contouring.

Yes, it is minimal... haha

Alex took his time to do my brows...

haha.

He was really patient.

He spent maybe 50% of the time on my brows...

If you followed me on Instagram, you would have seen this picture.

A few ladies was there looking at me... lol

I smiled at her and she told me that the eyebrow looks really good.

The price is a little steep but I think it is definitely worth it just because I tried hydraluron before...

I am interested in the eyesilix because my main skin concern is dark circles and puffiness.

I wanted to get the full size hydraluron but looking at the price now and then...

The price increased so much!

I bought it for RM 79 (in 2014) but now it is RM 115.60

Do go and try out the products to see if you will like it as much as I do!

Kainda sent this body wash for me to try 

I was happy to receive the parcel because it was just in time as I was finishing my shower gel

My thoughts

~PACKAGING~
It comes in a pump packaging with beautiful design.
Oh, it is environmental friendly as well!




~SCENT~
It has a refreshing floral scents that is a little overwhelming.
Hubby actually loves the scent more than I do. lol
The scent lingers for about an hour after I shower (well, without sweating >,<)




~TEXTURE~
It has a clear gel texture

~PRODUCT~
It is very easy to lather up! It is very gentle on skin and easy to rinse off. My skin was smoother and softer after using this. I believe that it is hydrating enough for those with normal skin. Unfortunately, I think it did not provide enough moisture for my (extremely dry) skin. You know I can draw and write on my legs? It is that dry! I never use body lotion so I guess it was my fault. I did notice that my skin did not feel the tightness that some other shower gel did. It is a pretty average shower gel, in my opinion.

Pros
Gentle on skin
Easy to rinse off
Refreshing scent
Ingredients use are organic



Cons
Quite expensive - use certified organic ingredients



Repurchase?
Low possibility as it is quite expensive.

Recommendation?

I recommend this to those who enjoy refreshing floral scents and those with high environmental awareness as well as those who prefer natural and organic products.
