Hello ^^
Been a while since my last post as I was in Taiwan for about 2 weeks

Anyone heard of this brand before?

I had done a few reviews on this brand before...

TCM Stress Relief Eye Mask (review here)
TCM Propolis & Aloe Eye Mask (review here)
TCM Perfectionist Power Correcting Patch for Deeper Eye Lines/Wrinkles Eye Mask (review here)

Bought this one very long ago from sasa.com

My thoughts
The scent is really strong... Well, Chinese medicine... but I like it :) The texture is creamy and thick. It is not oily or sticky after applying and absorbs quickly. No allergic reaction. After using for a few days, my face is smoother and softer. It is very hydrating. A small amount goes a long way. This pack last for about 2-3 weeks.

This is how I keep it :)
Zip lock bags :)

I had to  take these pictures a few times because of my baby!

See... she was so curious!

And another one!

Pros
:) Affordable
:) No allergic reaction
:) Hydrates and moisturizes very well
:) Absorbs quickly

Cons
:( Only available in this size
:( Only available online
:( Scent is a little strong

Review: TCM Stress Relief Eye Mask

Thursday, January 23, 2014

Okay... This is the last TCM eye mask I have. So this will be the last TCM eye mask review!

The packaging is simple...

Description:
Bio'Main Stress Relieve Eye Mask (Cubilose Pearl) nourishes the delicate skin around eyes and helps diminish the appearance of puffiness, wrinkles and signs of fatigue. With effective skincare ingredients such as Bio-Peptide, the mask helps to promote the skin's natural collagen production. This is taken from sasa.com.

Directions:
Leave the eye mask on for 20 minutes, then remove the mask and massage gently to help with absorption. The main ingredient is cubilose pearl.

My thoughts:
The eye mask is comfortable and I actually like the smell better than the previous two eye masks I have tried (Korea Ginseng and Propolis & Aloe). It does not sting at all and hydrates very well, even though it does not help in reducing my dark circles and fine lines. The essence is just enough but it does not dry out easily (in air-con room). I really need to find something to reduce the appearance of fine lines and dark circles!

The shape of the eye mask
Pros
:) I like the design of the mask
:) I like the scent of the eye mask
:) Hydrates very well and no allergic reaction

Cons
:( The eye mask does not reduce the appearance of my fine lines and dark circles
:( Not easily accessible (must order online)

Rating: 3.5/5
Repurchase: Maybe yes

Review: TCM Perfectionist Power Correcting Patch for Deeper Eye Lines/Wrinkles Eye Mask

Monday, January 6, 2014

After I try TCM Propolis & Aloe Eye Mask, I did not have high expectation for this eye mask. I bought this at sasa.com as well.

Description
Bio’Main Perfectionist Power Correcting Patch for Deeper Eye Lines/Wrinkles (Korea Ginseng), replenishes skin with ample nourishments and helps diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. With effective skincare ingredients such as Bio-Peptide and Bio-Water, the mask leaves your delicate skin soft, supple and smooth. This is taken from sasa.com

This is the packaging.
The instructions were to leave the eye mask on for 20 minutes, then remove the mask and massage gently to help with absorption.

This is how the mask looks like
After using it once the result was not that great but the eye area was more hydrated. The fine lines were a little less obvious. The mask has a very strong scent (korea ginseng). I do not hate the smell although it is a little too strong. At first, it stings a little. I continue using it for five consecutive days (as per instruction it is more effective), but there is not much difference. Just hydrates the eye area but my fine lines were still obvious (maybe my fine lines were too serious).
Pros
:) I like the design of the mask
:) The essence were just enough but dries up a little fast (maybe it was the aircon)
:) Hydrates pretty well
Cons
:( The scent maybe a little too strong
:( The eye mask does not reduce the appearance of my fine lines

Rating: 2/5
Repurchase: No

This eye mask could directly affect your eye areas and boost up your eye areas with natural collagen, so that you can release the issue of black circle eye and eye bag. This is taken from sasa.com

The packaging looks like this.

The mask looks like this.
Pros
:) I like the design of the mask
Cons
:( The mask is very dry and it feels as though there is no essence
:( I do not fancy the smell of the mask
:( My eyes was a little watery and uncomfortable
:( I do not feel that the mask does what it claims as my eyes were not hydrated and my dark circles were still obvious. Maybe I have to try a few more times before there is any effect.
