Methode Swiss Thermal White Overnight Intensive Repair Mask

It has a gel-cream kind of texture.

It has an awful smell...

lol

Smells like someone puked on my face

It is easy to spread and sinks into the skin really quickly.

It is very sticky and oily. which I do not appreciate.

My skin reacted negatively.

A few huge pimples after using for 2-3 days!

Annecy HA + Rosehip Oil Peeling Gel

A total diasappointment!

It makes my skin super duper dry.

When I wiped my face with tissue after rinsing with water, the tissue was stuck on my face. Literally!

My skin had never felt so tight before.

A nightmare!

I gave it two chances and that's it!

It's going out the window!

No, I mean it's going into the trash corner!

Missha The Style Perfect Concealer (light beige)

I bought this because it was cheap.
Unfortunately, this did not work for me.
It is so cakey.
I did not like it at all.

Candy Love Say Hello Body Clear Exfoliating Cream

I bought this because I saw the ads on facebook!
It removes hair like magic.
I am buying this one.
So I did.

I tried it on my armpit.
I applied it once.
Tried to wipe the hair away with tissue but the hairs did not even budge.
Well, maybe I used too little of the cream so I applied a second layer.
A thick layer.
When I wiped, wow, some hair was on the tissue.
I had to wipe quite hard to remove more hair.
It had the strong chemical smell that was so awful.
Reminds me of the time when I did hair rebonding!

I was not impressed at all.
Money went down the drain.

Etude House Vanilla Moist Eye's Cream

To be honest, I bought this for the packaging. It is not my favorite eye cream. I like the design and packaging but I do not think it helps in any way.

I like the texture and how quickly this sinks into my skin. Been using this for a few months without any results... Suddenly I noticed that it did more harm than good.
I think it did give me some milia seeds...

Canmake Creamy Touch Rouge #1  Marshmallow Pink

I wanted to love this so badly but... I cannot! I love the color payoff when I swatch it on my hands but when I use it on my lips, it was awful. There was a layer of the lipstick on my lips that feels like crayon and it just does not work for me. It slides around a lot and does not look good for me. I wanted to love this brand but sorry, this did not work for me.

Skinfood Pearl Creamy Under Eye Pencil

I wanted to love this as well. This was not that bad but it chips off pretty easily. I like how it brightens my dull eyes but I rarely use this. It is not bad to be honest but I find it hard to completely remove this maybe because there is glitter? Well, worth a try but no, I will not use this anymore.

Banila Co The Black 17 Sleeping Pack

Bought this during my Hong Kong trip.
Sis told me she saw great reviews so I bought it...
Somehow I am attracted to black skincare products...
Like the black sheet masks... and the cleanser from Elizavecca...
I love this when I saw that it is blueish black... lol

The texture was so fun.
Pudding like kind of texture...
Yes, I love the texture and colour so I thought I would love this!

It is easy to spread but it took forever to sink into my skin...
I hate that it is so sticky...
My skin just hate this one...
I used it a few times and never touched it again!

I wanted to love this.
I really did.
Well, my skin was fine the first few days...
Then it reacted negatively to it.
There was a lot of whiteheads popping up each day...
Later on I noticed some strange red bumps so I stopped using this!
I had high hopes for this!

It is time for another disappointing products post.
I managed to stumbled upon quite a number of these products.



Cellina Intensive Hydrating Essence Lotion

This is an essence and I did expect it to be similar to the other ones I had tried before - gel consistency! It has a lotion kind of consistency which is a little strange to me. It has a pretty light scent and is easy to spread. It feels oily and never seems to sink into my skin. There is a layer of the essence on my skin which I did not enjoy. After about 20 minutes, I decided to wash it off. This is not for me!.

Beauty Nailer Konjac Sponge

I forgot where I bought this but this is not the konjac sponge I knew. 

Who are you? Why are you so different?

Well, this is rough on the skin and the texture was very different to the previous ones I tried and loved! I used it a couple of times and each time I used it I feel that my skin is crying... lol 

It was that terrible!



Metholatum Grape Blackcurrant Lip Balm Sunscreen Protector 

I bought this a few years back. Still can use la. Haha. It expired recently so it is time to throw this! I did not like this at all. It feels like there is a layer of the balm that is sticky on my lips forever. It feels a little tingling. I can only smell mint,  I think. The price is average. The only thing I appreciate from this is the spf protection.



Ludeya Pro Ex Mandelic Acid Whitening Renewal Serum 

I bought this when it was on clearance. I really looked forward to this one. The scent was terrible! I hate the scent. It is very runny. It is also sticky. It takes a while to sink in. I wanted to finish it but it breaks out my skin so, no. I gave this to my sister to see if it works for them instead. There were a few bumps and my nose had more whiteheads every single day.



Hair Drying Towel Cap

Bought this a long time ago from Mr DIY!
I thought this will be useful but it is useless...
I used it twice at most and tossed it aside.
It is a total waste of money even though it was cheap!
Stay away from this.

Did not know that I used so many disappointing products this few months...

Let's zoom in and look at each product!


Clinelle Soothing Skin Toner

This is probably one of the worst toner I had ever tried. It has a strong scent that is almost unbearable for me. It caused red patches to my skin so it went into the unwanted corner of my vanity. lol.



It's Skin Todak Todak Pack

This is also a very disappointing product for me. The worst sleeping mask I had ever tried. This has a strong artificial grape scent. This feels so heavy on my skin and took forever to sink into the skin. It is extremely oily on my extra dry skin! It was unbearable so I washed it off after 30 minutes and never used it again! This went into the trash immediately... well, at first I wanted to give it away but I think no one will adopt it :(


Himalaya Anti-Dandruff Shampoo

This has a nice scent. I like it actually. The thing about this is... it is not actually anti-dandruff at all! To be honest, I have a pretty bad dandruff problem... This did not keep my problem under control but every time after I use it, my problem was worse. My scalp was in a terrible situation. After using it, my scalp is itchy. VERY ITCHY! Sadly, this shampoo did not do what it claims :(



3W Clinic Phyto Stem Cell Anti-Age Essence

This is probably one of the products that I use more than the rest. It has a strong perfume scent. This feels a little heavy on my skin and it is sooooo sticky! It did provide decent hydration to my skin. I managed to use this for about a month or two before it was abandoned. It did not cause any major breakouts but I did notice that there will be whiteheads on my nose the next morning.



Tony Moly Tony Tint Delight - 03 Orange Cha Cha

I bought this because it was so highly raved about on my favorite website, koreadepart.com
I decided to give it a try. It has a sweet candy like scent which I totally love! The applicator is soft and it is easy to apply. I really wanted to love this but it is drying on my lips and it actually accentuates the cracks (or lines) on the lips. Even though this is in my disappointing product list, I think I will still use this sometimes... lol

The products mentioned below are those that I will never ever repurchase! I did not emptied these products out and most of these were still pretty full! This does not mean that these products are bad. It just did not work for me.

Annecy 14 Days Innocent White Brightening Bubble Mask

I had high hopes for this bottle! The claims and description caught my eyes! It claims that it can hydrates your skin from inside out, lighten spots and whiten skin after 14 consecutive days, exfoliate dead skin cells, minimize pores and clear blackheads! I felt like "WOW, I finally found the one!"

I was super excited to finally use this! I looked into the mirror before I applied the mask to see the difference later. After washing it off, I did not see any difference. My skin felt tight and dry! I was disappointed to the max! How can it be so dry? I use it for 3 consecutive days and my nose was flaking, quite badly!
I tried using this alternate days but it was still hopeless.
It was abandoned after a while but baby sis decided to adopt it...

Biore Marshmallow Whip Extra Moist Facial Wash

I saw quite a lot of good reviews on this cleanser so I decided to give this a try to save my dry, flaky skin. The cleansing power is good. My skin feels very clean. I used it for two weeks but I did not see any improvements. Instead, my cheeks were even more flaky and patchy. I did not even want to touch my cheeks! I have to admit that it is a little harder for me to find a suitable cleanser. Such a pity! It is now sitting at the 'Lost and found' corner waiting to be adopted.

Coni Beauty Black Rose Multi-Perfection Whitening Serum

I bought this because it was on clearance sale. Since I tried the black jelly mask from this brand before, I decided that this will not be too bad. I tried this a few times. It is easy to spread but leaves my skin sticky. I did experienced some breakouts when I was using the serum and my nose was flaking quite badly. I set it aside ever since then! It has been disowned.

Etude House Happy Essential Foam Hyaluronic Acid

I bought this because I saw a few positive reviews online. I like the scent of this cleanser. It made my face squeaky clean! I like that but then... my cheeks were flaking badly and it was so rough! It is extremely drying to my skin. This was the first cleanser that made my cheeks flaky and patchy. I wanted to love it but it went straight out of the window!

* Well, I did not chuck it out. Somehow it disappeared >,< *



My Scheming Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Lotion

This was the cheapest toner I have ever owned! It provides decent hydration but left my skin a little tacky. It broke me out terribly! I had multiple tiny bumps and pimples that multiplies each day and increased whiteheads around my nose and cheeks. Finally, my nose was on fire! There were a few big and angry pimples that decided to settle on my nose. It was a nightmare!

It was disowned almost immediately and luckily baby sis decided to adopt it.



Baviphat Mini Peach Tinted Lip Balm

This was an impulse purchase. I bought it because it was so cute and at that time I did not have any tinted lip balm. It has a nice sweet scent. I did not like to use it. I find it to be too sticky. I never really used it and it had been sitting alone in a corner for a few years. It is time say goodbye.

I threw away the product but kept the packaging.
