Anyone heard of this before?

I have never.

My mother in law bought this for me when she was in Melbourne.

Of course, I had to check on the products because I have never heard of it!

Tahitian Frangipani

The scent is very light and fresh. After using this, my skin was super clean. I was a little surprised because I did not expect anything from my shower gel or soaps! My skin is pretty dry and I hate lotions. After using it a few times, I can definitely see a difference. I am not sure if it is my imagination but I can feel that my skin is not as dry (but still dry la)! Not magic, of course... lol

When I look at the description, I am quite sure it is not just my imagination! The ingredients are great! Palm oil, coconut oil, shea butter and vitamin e must be the key ingredients  for softer, smoother and moisturized skin! I am totally in love with this :)

Goatsmilk Linseed

Slightly exfoliating linseeds are embedded thru this beautifully creamy goatsmilk bar. Enriched with sustainable palm oil, pure coconut oil, shea butter and vitamin e, this bar has also been triple milled to create an extra luxurious texture.

The scent is very light and I find it really hard to describe the scent! lol
This is quite similar to the soap above. It is not magic, so if I do not use lotions, my skin will still be dry. I like that this does not strips my skin of its natural oil. Not that there is a lot anyway. lol
The problem with dry skin!

I like the soaps but it is hard to get in Malaysia. I will not go the extra mile to buy this.
Definitely not a holy grail, so...
Worth a try, I guess :)

At first I thought it is for my face but...
It is actually a shower gel!

It is simple and cute.




~SCENT~
It has a light lemon/lime scent.




~TEXTURE~
It has a gel texture




~PRODUCT~
It is very easy to spread but very hard to lather up! It is very gentle on skin and leaves my skin smooth and soft for a while. I like the shower gel but I think it did not provide enough moisture for my (extremely dry) skin. I think this is not for me as it is pricier than what I am currently using.

Not moisturizing enough

I don't think so...

I am back with a body care review :)

Kainda sent this body wash for me to try 

I was happy to receive the parcel because it was just in time as I was finishing my shower gel

lol

(I was not paid for this post, however I did receive a sample for my review. All opinions are my own and not influenced in any way)

I checked out their website and the packaging looks so nice.

~PACKAGING~
It comes in a pump packaging with beautiful design.
Oh, it is environmental friendly as well!




~SCENT~
It has a refreshing floral scents that is a little overwhelming.
Hubby actually loves the scent more than I do. lol
The scent lingers for about an hour after I shower (well, without sweating >,<)




~TEXTURE~
It has a clear gel texture

~PRODUCT~
It is very easy to lather up! It is very gentle on skin and easy to rinse off. My skin was smoother and softer after using this. I believe that it is hydrating enough for those with normal skin. Unfortunately, I think it did not provide enough moisture for my (extremely dry) skin. You know I can draw and write on my legs? It is that dry! I never use body lotion so I guess it was my fault. I did notice that my skin did not feel the tightness that some other shower gel did. It is a pretty average shower gel, in my opinion.

Cons
Quite expensive - use certified organic ingredients



Repurchase?
Low possibility as it is quite expensive.

Recommendation?

I recommend this to those who enjoy refreshing floral scents and those with high environmental awareness as well as those who prefer natural and organic products.

Directions

Pour spa salt on your palm and scrub gently on wet skin using circular movement. Leave it on for 3 minutes and rinse off with water. Continue with your shower routine.

My thoughts
I have never tried any body scrub before because I was super lazy... I only put effort into taking care of my face so I think I need to put a little effort on my body as well...

Simple and easy to use packaging with a cap





~SCENT~
The scent is very strong... I hate it!
Luckily the scent does not linger after using it...
It reminds me of antibiotics I took when I was still a kid... lol





~TEXTURE~
Fine salt that dissolves easily.





~PRODUCT~
 Let's start with my first impression of this... I think it is quite rough so be extra gently when using this... I feel that my skin is cleaner, softer and  smoother after using it... I did not see any whitening or brightening effect with one use, of course. After using about half of the product, I still did not see any whitening or brightening effect.

I hate the scent

Can be a little harsh to skin

Brightening and whitening effect is not obvious

Repurchase?

Yes, if it is on promotion

Recommendation?

I do recommend this as a treat for the body but do not expect that there will be changes in your skin tone. Your skin will feel cleaner, softer and smoother after using this but still it is a bit rough... lol
Decide this for yourself...

Review: Smelly-No-More Natural Crystal Roll On Deodorant Stick

I have a confession to make... I have a little.. or maybe more than a little... erm... body odor especially underarm area... That's why I have been constantly looking for a deodorant that will cover my body odor. I have tried those spray on and roll on deodorants available in the market but the effect is just... well not that good... So I give up looking for any other deodorants. I just try to make sure I do not sweat too much but sometimes it is not up to me! I sweat easily and my body odor bothers me a lot. I would be thinking whether someone nearby will notice...

One day, my sister recommended me to try the Smelly-No-More. It is a natural mineral crystal salt deodorant. At first, I do not believe that it will work but there is no point for my sister to lie to me. So when I pass by Watsons, I went in to buy one without even thinking. I have been using this since April 2013.

This is the packaging - Nothing special, just simple!

This is the product. It is solid and err.. salt!

Product Info

Trusted for centuries by the people in the Far East & Asia, pure and natural crystal stone is one of the most effective remedies to rid strong body odor (taken from the packaging).

My thoughts

I normally use this after shower. I just wet the tip of the deodorant and apply to underarm area. The next day when I sweat, the body odor is gone... temporarily... I am not the kind of person who exercise... But if I do go for exercise or sports, I do not think this product will work that well. But still this is amazing. There is no scent yet it can get rid of my body odor. Now I can say bye bye to body odor!

This is quite affordable. It comes in two sizes, 60g and 120g. I cannot remember the exact price but the smaller one is about RM19 and the bigger one is around RM24. The one I bought is 120g and I have been using since April 2013. It still looks kind of new. I think it can last me another year or two. My sister bought the deodorant that is 60g and she have already used it for one and a half year. She still have at least half of the product remaining. 

Note: Never drop it because it will break. It is very hard to use it if it happens as it will scratch your skin.

Pros:

:( Not very convenient (as compared to spray types)

It is white and foamy...

Dead skin cells
It is not because I am dirty... It is just like that...

My thoughts

The scent is very strong, minty and choking... Well, when I applied it onto my arms and legs, the whole shower is of the scent and it is sort of choking... I find it difficult to breathe >.< After applying the bubble foam and massage for a while, the dead skin cells appear. It really brightens (just temporary) the skin a little and skin is softer. It also makes the applied areas minty and cooling... The first time I used it the cooling effect lasted about 20-25 minutes... The second time was about 15-20 minutes... After massaging, it took a while to wash off the dead skin cells... Had to continuously rub and  run under water... In other words, it is not that easy to wash off the dead skin cells.

Pros

:) Brighten and make skin softer

:) Affordable

Cons

:( Hate the scent

:( A little difficult to wash off

:( The minty/cooling effect lingers a little too long

I never thought a hand cream is important.

I had to admit that...

Then why do I have this hand cream?

Because...

The packaging is so cute!

I'm guilty... but!

This is good :)
Normally I avoid purchasing products with cute packaging... because it is more expensive!

The hand cream is creamy and white

It is small and very portable. As for the packaging, it is very cute! It is moisturizing enough for a few hours... Easy to control the amount of cream as the opening is small. I love the scent... It is very fresh! Absorbs really quickly and it is not sticky at all!
